Online Refund & Returns
CANCELLATIONS We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been placed. If you want to cancel or make any updates regarding your order please contact at info@fishmartaquarium.com.au to see if a modification can be made.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN - Please send an email to info@fishmartaquarium.com.au with the order number within 30 days from the arrival date to start the return process. We will not accept any returns or exchanges reported after 30 days from the arrival time.
DAMAGED ITEMS -Please report all damaged items to info@fishmartaquarium.com.au within 48 hours of receipt with a photo that shows your product(s).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS -Gift cards
REFUNDS -Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 business days.
SHIPPING COSTS -You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should use a trackable shipping service: this is mandatory - if you do not use a trackable shipping service we will not be able to proceed with the refund.
WRONG ADDRESS -Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.In these situations we will be able to resend the item back to you, but only if you cover the shipping costs.This happens because we value the working time, shipping expenses and other resources that we have invested when dispatching the first item to you.
